About

Painting has always been a joy for me—a way to mix colors, layer brushstrokes, and experiment without worrying about perfection. For years, my art stayed hidden, quietly piling up in corners, until I started painting for friends and family. Sharing my work unlocked something new—I discovered how much people value something unique, personal, and special. Seeing the joy my art brought to others gave me a renewed sense of purpose and the motivation to keep creating.

I’m incredibly grateful to the Cornelia Arts Building for the opportunity to showcase my work and to be part of such a vibrant community of talented artists. It’s inspiring to share space with others who pour their hearts into their craft, and I’m thankful to share mine with you.

Outside the studio, I juggle life as a digital product leader, a professor at Northwestern University, and a co-host of Sisters Who Scene It, a podcast where my sister Katie and I re-watch childhood movies and (lovingly) laugh at how they hold up.

Whether you’re here to browse, connect, or simply enjoy, I hope my work resonates with you. If you’re curious to see more, stop by 210D and check out my paintings in person—I’d love to share them with you!
