Stephanie Taiber is a Chicago based artist who uses photography and other media to explore inner tensions related to love and loss. Taiber received a BFA from the University of Arizona. Her work distills intimate experiences into abstract images and metaphors about the fragility of relationships, telling a larger story about life and human emotion.

Her solo exhibition at Filter Space in Chicago was supported by a generous Individual Artist’s Grant from Chicago Department of Cultural Affairs.
